One of the most popular posts on this blog is my list of L.A. clubs for transwomen and their admirers. On that list I originally left out what was then a brand-new weekly event that has since proven itself to be a destination worthy of a weekly visit. This post intends to rectify that situation! Last week was the Christmas Party for Jamie Jameson’s ‘T-girl Tuesdays,’ and I happened to be in attendance to witness the night on which those of us who were with Jamie since the beginning became convinced that this was one event that was here to stay.
‘T-girl Tuesdays’ is held at Hamburger Mary’s in Long Beach, located at 740 East Broadway at the intersection of Alamitos Ave. beginning at 9pm. There is no cover charge but proper ID is required from every patron, even if you’re old and gray! The venue offers valet service, a full restaurant until 11pm, drink specials, a heated outdoor patio, karaoke, dancing, an on-site photographer, prizes, surprises, and more! The last few months I have been finding myself there more regularly than I did when this party started and this week I was even joined by some other faces (all the way from the valley and beyond, no less!) that you may recognize, such as Felicia Katt, Valerie and Paris of Cobra and Yum fame, and a couple of girls who uncannily resemble Foxxy and Natassia Dreams, but Felicia tells me that they’re not. *shrug*

I don’t mean to be a party pooper, but those girls are not Foxxy or Natassia, though they do look like them. But one girl is Arlene, from Orange county and the other girl’s name I forget right now, but she is from the valley not Vegas, where Foxxy’s den is located
its still a great party with a lot of great girls, but not those two friends of mine that week.
